Delivery, Collection & Returns

Delivery is by Royal Mail or other courier at a flat rate.

We are unable to accept returns of any opened or used products due to hygiene reasons. We are happy to accept returns of sealed and unused products for upto 14 days after receiving your order.

If you wish to make a return please contact us on to let us know the reason for the return and if a refund or a replacement is required. Please include your full name, email address, phone number and order number.

Returns can be made directly to the salon or posted back at your own cost.

We regret, we cannot refund the original delivery charge.

Online reservations require a booking fee of 50% of the total reservation. This is non refundable if you give less than 48hrs notice to cancel or move your booking. It is non refundable if you do not show to your booking.
